Soz on the other hand would board on his side Revenue Minister Raman Bhalla and, at the most, Medical Education Minister Rajinder Singh Chib to host the ‘official function’, may it be birth or death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi or Rajiv Gandhi.
Two parallel functions, therefore, get a unique identity –both official as well as unoffic... | |
