Public rally in school during exams:Show cause notice against Principal 2/17/2014 11:22:46 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 17: On the complaint of MLA Mendhar and local public, a show cause notice has been issued against Principal HSS Harni for alleged role of one of the lecturers of the school namely Abdul Shakoor for organizing a public rally in the premises of school on Feb 9, 2014 when practical exams of students were in progress. It was alleged that the public address system fitted with loud speakers was also used in the meeting which caused disturbances, nuisance and inconvenience to the candidates appearing in the said examination. Following this the Deputy CEO Poonch has issued a show cause notice to the school Principal seeking his explanation on granting permission to hold this function when board exams were in progress.
