JAMMU, Feb 17: Maligning its brand image and reputation as one of the leading companies of the country, customer care service of the Reliance communication has actually been extending disservice to its customers who are already frustrated by company's poor services by blocking the numbers of the customers who repeatedly try to reach out to customer care executives.
Fed-up with poor service of Reliance communication, Naveen Gupta, a Reliance user said that one has to wait for at least 5-15 minutes for getting connected to customer care executive. "Reliance tagline 'Kar Lo Duniya Mutthi Mein' rather should be 'Customer Phasa Ke Rakho Mutthi Mein' by telling lies/claiming to provide state of the art mobile network service", he said, adding that even if one succeeds, the persons attending the call hardy lends an ear to the complaint of customer.
Sandeep another customers said, "they keep you waiting and then after getting back on line the CCEs asks customer to call later", he said. Ridiculing company's new slogan 'Simply Reliance' he said, "With this slogan, the Company is suggesting its existing customers 'simply quit reliance' to get free from anxiety", he added.
"The subscribers face problem of poor mobile and internet connectivity with frequent call drops and lack of connectivity. Even when there is full signal, on dialing a number one gets to hear 'network is busy' or 'switched off'. The Subscribers also complained that they had to redial the number several times to get the call connected", said Ankush, a businessman.
He said that the subscribers also complained about poor connectivity between Reliance to other networks. "Fed up with the indifferent attitude of the Reliance authorities, the people now prefer other options like BSNL, Airtel, Aircel and Idea as these provide better services at cheaper rates", he lamented, adding that most of the Reliance's customers were swapping their SIM cards with other companies to get connectivity.
"There is no fun of continuing with Reliance which despite charging high rates is unable to provide satisfactory service to the subscribers", said Bharati, a student. "Whenever people go to enquire at CCEs they reply due to technical problems we are unable to help you please call latter", he alleged, adding that the Reliance's service has gone from bad to worse over past some weeks due to its own 'unprofessional conduct' and 'slackness'.
