Kishtwar, Feb 17: A day after assuming charge, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Mohammad Javed Khan today ordered suspension of over 150 government employees posted in different parts of the District Kishtwar for absenteeism.
As per the details available with "Early Times" most of the officials who were found absent and suspended by the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar were posted at Marwah, Warwan and Dachhan areas of the District. As per the order of suspension issued by the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar on the basis of the report submitted by the team constituted by him vide order No: DCK/SQ/1091-1101/14 dated 16-2-2014, among the suspended employees are over 40 Gazetted officers including BDO s, ZEO s JE s BMOs, TSO s, Range Officers, doctors and several other senior officers.
Several offices in Marwah, Padder, Dachhan, Nagsini, Drabshala, Bhunzwah and Chatroo were found completely locked and the officers alongwith their staff were found absent. As many as 13 teams headed by ADDC, ADC, ACR, ACD, Tehsildars and senior police officers conducted the raids throughout Kishtwar District today and submitted its report with regard to absenteeism of the government employees in their respective areas to Additional District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Avtar Singh Chib. After compiling the whole data, ADDC Kishtwar submitted its report to DC Kishtwar who ordered suspension of all the absentees with immediate effect and sought explanation from them with regard to their absence from duty.
As per the list submitted by the ADDC Kishtwar, details of officers/officials who were found absent from duty on 17-2-2014 during the inspection/checking done by the team constituted by Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar vide order No: DCK/SQ/1091-1101/14 dated 16-2-2014 are in AD CAPD Office Kishtwar Junior Assistant Saroop Chand and Class IV Khurshid Ahmed were found absent, In BMO Office Kishtwar Dr. Sajjad Hussain (Dental Surgeon), Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din (Senior Assistant), Masood Ahmed (Supervisor Pharmacist) Sushma Devi (FMPHW), Tariq Pravez (Driver), Kishori Lal (Nursing Orderly) and Roshni Devi ( Nursing Orderly) found absent from duty, In DFO Marwah Office Mohammad Aslam (Junior Assistant) and Fareeda Banoo (watcher) found absent, In Municipal Committee Office Kishtwar Syed Ridwana (Junior Assistant), Satish Kumar (Work Supervisor) and Mohammad Iqbal (Sanitary Jamadar) found absent, ZEO Drabshala Mir Ali along with Tariq Parvaiz Mattoo (Teacher), Narinder Sharma (Senior Assistant), Zahid Hussain (Teacher), Iklaqh Hussain (Junior Assistant), Mujeeb-ur-Rehman (ReT), Shafia Banoo (ZRC) and Shadi Lal (Peon) were found absent, Office of Tehsil Supply Officer Drabshala (I/C Thatri) also found locked, however TSO informed the inspection team that he was at Thatri and there is no subordinate staff with him, in Block Development Office Drabshala Nagina Begum (Orderly) and Shahina Begum (Helper) found absent, Chetna Sharma (Supervisor), Sarishta Devi (Junior Assistant), Salochna Devi (Junior Assistant) and Shama Begum (Helper to Supervisor) found absent, Ram Prakesh (SO), Mohammad Ashraf (Junior Assistant), Mohammad Hussain (CIC Operator), Ghulam Hassan (Helper), Mansoor Hussain (Junior Assistant), Rajesh Sharma (CIC Operator), Wasim Hussain (Account Assistant) and Shahzada Begum (Orderly) posted at BDO Office Nagsini found absent, Girdari Lal (Pharmacist) and Mubarak Ali (PTS) were found absent in ISM Dispensary Padyarna Nagsini, Shamima Begum (FMPHW)and Samrena Kousar (FMPHW) found absent from ISM Allopathic Dispensary Padyarna Nagsini, Vijay Kumar (Supervisor) found absent from Veterinary Dispensary Padyarna Nagsini, Naseema Begum (Supervisor) and Iqbala Begum ( supervisor) found absent from CDPO Office Padyarna Nagsini, Kirna Devi (FMPHW) found absent from Medical Sub Centre Dool, Romesh Kumar (Junior Assistant) found absent from Dy. Register Cooperative office Kishtwar, TSO along with staff found absent from CA&PD Office Chatroo , Treasury Officer Dachhan, CDPO Dachhan, AEE/JE PHE Dachhan, Horticulture Officer Dachhan, Agriculture Officer Dachhan, JE PDD Office Dachhan, Range Officer forest Dachhan, Range Officer Wild Life Dachhan, VAS Animal Husbandry Office Dachhan, VAS Sheep Husbandry Dachhan, JE Irrigation Dachhan also found absent, BDO Inderwal along with staff expect one Junior Assistant and Chowkidar found absent, at PHE Sub Division Chatroo AEE along with staff except two DRW found absent, BDO Marwah, TSO CA&PD Marwah, CDPO Marwah, Treasury Officer Marwah, SDAO Marwah, SDO Sheep Marwah, BVO Animal Husbandry Marwah, ZEO Marwah, Soil Conservation Officer Marwah found absent along with staff, JE PHE office Marwah, JE Irrigation Marwah, Pushpa Devi (I/C craft teacher) found absent from District Social Welfare Office Kishtwar, Abdul Gani (helper) found absent from Wild Life Warden Office Kishtwar, Bimla Devi (Craft Teacher) found absent from Tehsil Social Welfare Officer Kishtwar, all officers/officials posted at Warwan area except Medical Officer AD Inshan found absent, all Officers/Offical of PDD, PWD, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture, ISM Ayourvedic Dispensary, Gulabgarh and Govt. Library and Co-operative societies Atholi Padder found absent, All officer/official found absent from Sub Centre Galigard, at ISM Dispensary Sarthal dr. Mubashir Nabi, Dr. Romesh and Abdul Wahid (NO ISM) found absent, Brij Balla (FMPHW) found absent from Sub- centre Sarthal. All the Officer/officials posted at NT Office Pakalan and CA&PD Thakrai were found absent from their duties. |
