Jammu, Feb 17: The suspended trade between India and Pakistan is likely to resume tomorrow, sources here today said. They said that the PoK authorities have agreed to start the trade following decisions taken between the two counties at the higher level. The standoff started after the recovery of brown sugar from a truck in Uri Sector of Kashmir and arrest of the driver. Meanwhile 21 civilians today exchanged sides in a weekly Poonch-Rawlakote Bus Service via Chakkan-da-Bagh in Poonch. "From this side of the border two fresh Indians travelled across alongwith nine PoK returnees," an official here said. He said that from other side, 10 fresh PoK residents reached Chakkan-da-Bagh while no Indian citizen returned back. |
