Early Times Report jammu, Feb 25: Leaderships of two main constituents of the Gupkar Alliance-NC and PDP have publically welcomed new peace initiatives between India and Pakistan but this bonhomie is a severe setback to the conglomeration as this development would undermine the demand of the restoration of Article 370 in J&K. After abrogation of articles 370 and 35-A, Pakistan has taken a tough stand against India. The Pakistan government had announced not to hold any talks with India until both the articles were restored to the erstwhile state of J&K. Emboldened by the tough stand taken by Pakistan, Kashmir centric parties have formed Peoples' Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) to intensify fight for 'bringing back' Article 370 and 35-A.
