Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 22: Rajouri administration making it compulsory for teachers working in rural areas to seek attendance certificate from concerned Sarpanchs has drawn a flak. The administration has made it mandatory for the teachers to get the certificate for their salaries to be released. Teachers have termed the order arbitrary and unwarranted saying that it has put a question mark on the integrity of the entire teaching community.
