Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 23: Though Union as well as Governor led state government has tightened noose around corruptive measures practiced in last seven decades but so far no concrete action has been initiated against the controversial mansion of Farooq Abdullah at Bhatindi, which is allegedly build on state land. In the last few years, several reports have been published in local as well as national dailies, according to which the palatial mansion constructed by Farooq Abdullah over three Kanals of land in Bhatindi area was state land. According to one such report, the then Accountant General (Audit), J&K Srinagar in year 2001, had forwarded a copy of the report, received from N. Vittal, the then Central Vigilance Commissioner containing several references of financial impropriety committed by some politicians including former Chief Minister.
