Forest Magistrate Jammu Mr. Yahaya Firdous Ahangar today granted 15 days more judicial remand to Captain Chataniya Bhatwadaker who was produced in custody by the Gangyal Police to the Court for remanding the accused to more Judicial custody.
According to the police case Captain Chatanya Bhatwadekar husband of deceased Capt Mega Razdan who was found hanging on July 1, 2007 at Kunjwani Army Quarters and police initiated investigation in the mysterious death and registered a case U/Ss 306 (abetment) & 498-A (cruelty) RPC.

Already anxious over the increasing number of the fratricides thousands of soldiers in the Armed Forces are suffering from AIDS and the graph is increasing yearly.
According to sources total of six thousand one hundred and eight soldiers have been infected by the deadly diseased while the monthly rate varies from 30-40 across the country.
"Despite taking measures by organizing AIDS awareness programmes by the non- governmental organizations and other organizations but the number even goes increasing" sources said adding that increase in number was alarming and can even be proved fatal for Indian armed forces.

A day and half after a devastating fire struck a remote Kishtwar village, the government today rushed in relief measures and promises of rehabilitation.
The blaze struck, Ungaie village in the remote and disconnected Paddar area of Kishtwar district damaging 21 houses and ten cattle sheds were completed gutted and three houses were partially damaged. The Reserve Bank today hiked the percentage of cash commercial banks should keep in reserve by 0.25 per cent to suck out excess liquidity, a move aimed at tempering demand for loans and easing inflation from three- year highs.
Although it left key short-term lending and borrowing rates (repo and reverse repo) and Bank Rate unchanged, it hiked Cash Reserve Ratio for the second time in a fortnight to 8.25 per cent.
Today's increase would suck out over Rs 9,000 crore excess funds from the banking system, while the 0.5 per cent increase in CRR announced on April 17 was aimed at squeezing out Rs 18,500 crore from the system.
