Srinagar, Dec12 : The Jammu and Kashmir Law Department today wrote to J&K High Court to get the matter related to the Mobile Magistrate North Kashmir, stopping an ambulance at Seelu Sopore on Tuesday which was reportedly ferrying a patient to SKIMS Srinagar that reportedly caused death of the patient.
Pertinently, on Tuesday (Dec 10), the driver of the ambulance had alleged that the patient suffering from cardiac arrest was being ferried by him to SKIMS when uncalled for halt at Seelu deteriorated his health and he later died.
