Poonch, Mar 17: Who benefits from Trans LoC trade? The question has been haunting the commoner in the state. They believe that the much hyped trade is benefiting a few people. Urging tangible measures from the district administration, the locals expressed dismay over the state of affairs. "There is no check on the market. The people are looted by the shopkeepers as the administration watches helplessly"... | |
