Syed Junaid Hashmi Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 24: Jammu and Kashmir government has rejected the demand for issuing white paper on the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits and militancy in Jammu and Kashmir, drawing ire of a powerful parliamentary panel on home affairs which had made the recommendation in its report. Department related parliamentary standing committee on home affairs which had in its 179th report on the Rehabilitation of J&K Migrants asked both the union ministry of home affairs and the Jammu and Kashmir government to come out with a whitepaper on exodus of Kashmiri Pandits as well as militancy has taken strong exception to state government's response in which it had informed the Union Home Ministry that it would not be wise to issue any white paper at this stage.
