Jammu, Dec 16: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah had promised speedy justice to the victims of Kishtwar violence in August 2013.
But more than four months later, the hapless victims of violence continue to wait for the real identity of the culprits behind the mindless violence. Three civilians were killed in the cycle of violence and scores were injured after the Eid prayers on August 9.
The one man commission headed by Retired Justice RC Gandhi is yet to come up with its report despite getting extensions.
The Commission was set up by the state govt on August 23, 2013 to ascertain the circumstances leading to the violence after the Eid prayers.
