| | Remembering Hari Singh | He must get credit for popularizing education | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 27: 4: The National Conference has been claiming credit for popularizing education in Kashmir. However, history falsifies this claim. It was Hari Singh who did the miracle.

Parents found liable of marring the career by denying them education would be arrested and punished. Such schools were called Jabri Schools. Jabri in Kashmir means forcible.
