Even while your direction to PDD officials, to disconnect the power supply to VVIPs including his own residential Bunglow at Gupkar Road in Srinagar from Essential Service Feeder and divert the same to hospitals and other essential installations, has been widely appreciated but what about misuse of power supply and also open power theft being done in the official Kothis/Bunglows of most of the ministers in your cabinet, here in Jammu.
Amazingly, the senior officials of Power Development Department (PDD) are "deliberately" maintaining their silence over the issue as they too fear to face the music if they point out any "VVIP vi...

JAMMU, Jan 8: The PDP, the BJP, the JKNPP and the JSM boycotted the functions organized by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in the civil secretariat the day his coalition government completed three years in office. On the other hand, these non-NC and non-Congress political groups dismissed the Omar Abdullah-led government as anti-people, anti-democratic and corrupt and described as false the claim of the Chief Minister that the state during his regime witnessed developmental activities on an unprecedented scale. However, it was Bhim Singh of the JKNPP who was more severe than anyone else, including the PDP leadership, in his criticisms of Omar Abdullah, had been.

The only concrete suggestion perhaps was regarding certain commissions, which, according to the CC members, needed to be strengthened and made fully functional. The other point which merits some appreciation was the decision that the CC would meet more often.
The outcome of the meet once again established that the relations...
