ML Kak
Jammu, Mar 16: He was a robust male journalist but with a touch of feminity in his approach while dealing with his colleagues, political leaders and bureaucrats. When I talk about feminity I mean humility and nothing beyond that. And if feminity can be a synonym for humility I think Shamsuddin Shameem was an epitome of that.
Well Jammu and Kashmir has lost a number of seasoned journalists during the last over years and Shameem is one among them whose facile pen, dew drop like delicate smile and feather soft sense of humour may be remembered by his colleagues and friends for years to come.
Shameem worked hard, while working with the Radio and Doordarshan, as far as feeding the ... | |
