Anuj is believed to have illegally collected thousands of rupees from unsuspecting Gandhi Nagar residents. Though Early Times had exposed this but Police was yet to lay hands on him till Anuj was caught by a resident today. This morning, Anuj knocked doors of one CM Arora and asked him for the water tax.
