Police say the men are university students who run Facebook pages with illegal messages challenging India's claim to the region.
Officer Shiv Murari Sahai says police warned the men of legal action "if they persist with their anti-national activities."
Most anti-Indian sentiment in Kashmir has been expressed in street protests, though police set up a cyber-security team after anti-India Facebook pages appeared in 2010.

| | Kashmiris & Government they elect not happy, says Naya | What about Jammu & Ladakh? | | Rustam
Jammu, Apr 14: Kuldip Nayar's "The Kashmir Question" does not really want Pakistan to come forward to help end unrest in the region by adopting a rational stand on Jammu and Kashmir. He also doesn't want India to stake claim over POJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.
