In a glaring incident, after lapse of over a week, after a written complaint regarding life threat was filed by the victim before SP Rural, police have failed to perform its job. According to copy of complaint filed by one Ravinder Kumar Shan in the office of Superintendent of Police, Rural Jammu, who is knocking doors of Police and Revenue department for years to demarcate his grabbed land, he received life threat on phone by one Satish Kumar, a Crime Branch Official on April 30.
