While the traffic cops put almost all roads leading to both the places on 'high alert', as always with their panic packed working in managing the traffic and wrongly parked vehicles, in the Civil Secretariat it was 'business as usual', as CM's arrival made no difference on any account. 1/3/2013 12:21:37 AM
Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 2: If Chief Minister's admirers believe 2012 has been a year of consolidation and good governance they are mistaken. There has been a governance deficit ever since the third generation Abdullah took over the reins of the state. Even the Chief Minister has admitted it repeatedly, more so in the last three months of the year bygone. He has expressed his helplessness in eradicating corruption. And last week he had a sound counsel for the Union Government. "Do not repeat what I did in 2010", he said while commenting on the protests triggered by a gang rape in the national capital.
