The officer, who during his last days in Govt. Service was attached by the State Govt. in 2012 for committing grave irregularities and corruption, has started blackmailing officers of different departments. Interestingly, Ravinder Gupta is serving as vigilante for the investigation/watch dog agencies for settling his own scores.
