SRINAGAR, Jan 23: A delegation of State Congress which met the high command in Delhi to discuss pros and cons of pre-poll alliance with National conference (NC) according to the sources are likely to return disappointed as Rahul Gandhi has not given any assurance to the delegation.
Despite serious allegations against NC, the delegation led by Saif-ud-Din Soz urged Rahul Gandhi to take a final decision on pre-poll alliance with NC.
