JAMMU, Mar 3: Within a small domain, three academics are known as A Rajas of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agriculture Sciences and Technology Jammu (SKUAST-J) on account of their alleged involvement in corruption, malpractices and financial bunglings spearheaded by a former Vice Chancellor. Even as Governor N N Vohra ordered a thorough investigation and two major organs of the state government---Department of Finance and State Vigilance Organisation---held them guilty and sought their prosecution, all the three would be following Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in the ceremonial academic procession at the university's annual convocation here on Friday.

JAMMU, March 03 : A widow was gangraped by three youth in a factory at Batalwalian in Udhampur. In her complaint to police, the widow, who hailed from Ramnagar, said she came to Udhampur Sunday last in connection with some work.

JAMMU, March 03 : In a case of impersonation, a 10th class student was Wednesday found taking science paper of an eighth class student in Manjakote area of Rajouri.
Police sources said 8th class student Parvez Ahmad, son of Mohammad Shabir of Kakora, Manjakote, was to take his papers at government middle school, Kanal Gali.
