Akshay Azad Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 13: The decision of the Union cabinet to approve Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Jammu, has virtually left former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah fuming. To give vent to his ire Omar took to twitter on Thursday. He forgot that he ruled Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh for six years and as a former Chief Minister of the state he has to act responsibly. Moreover if one goes by the tone of the repeated tweets, Omar seems to be biased towards Jammu and he totally forgot Ladakh region. He raised question over intentions of incumbent Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, to target the majority vote bank of National Conference, which is in Kashmir. The flurry of events started with the first tweet made by Prime Minister Office (PMO) this afternoon, giving approval for establishment of IIM at Jammu, which was followed by second tweet, which reads, "The IIM, coupled with IIT at Jammu, modernization of NIT Srinagar and opening of two new AIIMS, one each in Kashmir and Jammu region", and third tweet, "…. would go a long way in meeting the requireme...
