The orderly, Munish, has been engaged like hundreds of others in the last 18 years to work as a Class IV employee but take remuneration of less than Rs 3,000 a month from the College Local Fund. All of her efforts to favour Munish failed. He does not figure anywhere among 130 men and women who have been appointed vide Order No: 50/HE of 2012 dated 17-02-2012.

JAMMU, Feb 24: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today staged walkout from the Legislative Assembly after Speaker Mohammad Akbar Lone disallowed the adjournment motion moved by the party to discuss rampant corruption in the State.
As soon as the Speaker announced commencement of Question Hour, PDP MLAs stood up from their seats seeking adjournment of the question hour for discussion on the issue of corruption which was, however, turned down by the Speaker urging them to raise the issue once question hour concludes.

JAMMU, Feb 24: High court judge, Justice Mansoor Ahmad Mir has stayed the proceedings initiated against public enterprises minister Peerzada Mohammad Syed in an alleged copying scam.
The court directive came today in a petition filed by Peerzada wherein he challenged the suo-moto SAC action on the basis of a report prepared by SAC registrar in terms of Regulation 9 of the J&K Accountability Commission Regulations 2005.
Peerzada was divested of his education portfolio after the scam involving his step son.
Justice Mir admitted the petition, while staying the SAC proceedings against Peerzada.
