| | | Sunil Jamwal, Resident, Jammu: | | Believe it or not, but it is a fact that 2004 some elements tried its best to derail the whole Amarnath yatra. It is statement of fact. This became quite evident when the counsels for the shrine Board and the state govt countered each others arguments before Justice Kohli. This year also it seems, there will be show down on June 15, when BAYN decided to start yatra against SASB decision to start yatra on 29 June.

| | | Virendra Businessman, Jammu: | | History repeating itself in Jammu and ball in the governor’s court. The curtailment of yatra by 15 days this year is not favorable and it should be left to the devotees and BAYN. The govt’s role should be to provide security and other arrangements for the yatris and not to interfere in Religious affairs. The yatra to Amarnath shrine should go smoothly.
