JAMMU, Aug 18: Expectedly Kashmiri separatists have reacted against Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah, who had stated that the politics of boycott had not allowed separatists to achieve anything. Omar has virtually blamed separatists for having added to the level of political uncertainty. He chided them for following "boycott politics." JAMMU, Aug 18: Modi-led NDA Government at the Centre has given its first indication of acting tough against the separatists and Pakistan . It is also a signal to the mainstream Kashmir based parties to stop peddling on soft-separatism and perpetuate and stoke feelings of 'Kashmir nationalism'.
Modi had indicated his tough approach on this account on his recent visit to the Ladakh region. However, the separatists, accustomed to the Congress way of handling, didn't take the message seriously and decided to go ahead with the talks with the Pakistan envoy.
