Sarita Jamwal Udhampur Sept 26:Public fury against complete administrative paralysis when devastating floods hit the state still at its climax, the anguish amongst flood victims is now growing over the failure of the state administration to distribute the relief material arriving from across the country amongst them. Urgency of relief measures of Udhampur district administration could be gauged from the fact that 2500 metric tonnes rice sent by Chhattisgarh government in 42 boggies for the flood victims is lying unattended for the last six days at the Udhampur railway station while thousands of needy survivours are desperately in need of food grains. Victims have rued apathy of the district administration in early disbursal of the relief. They have also accused the administration of ignoring flood victims in hilly areas where people are not having any ration or other relief material .
