There has been delay in forming the government in J&K and the state is under Governor's Rule since January 9, following the demise of late Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. As no deadline has been fixed and the PDP President Mehbooba Mufti keeps everyone on guessing, Governor N N Vohra has taken some major decisions for the smooth functioning of the civilian government.
