JAMMU, Nov 30: Finally it is more than obvious now. In the mega rally, perhaps first of its scale in the J&K, the state unit of BJP almost in entirety has chosen to forget and push into oblivion the greatest and towering leader Pandit Prem Nath Dogra.
Except in for just hoarding, this stalwart's name and picture has found no mention in the tonnes of publicity material be it huge hoardings or loads of banners, what to speak of heaps of posters and stickers that found way in the party headquarters and later spread all across at right places for the purpose these were meant to- the Lalkar rally being held tomorrow at MA Stadium. Sources said it was only one leader of BJP, ex general secretary of the party who deemed it appropriate to incorprate the name of Pandit Prem Nath Dogra in one hoarding he made for the rally. SRINAGAR, Nov 30: In Haji Yusuf death case the Supreme Court has expressed its willingness to hear the son or any other relative of the deceased.
Sources said the case filed by National Panthers Party Legislator, Balwant Singh Mankotia was listed today before the Division Bench comprising Justice, BS Chauhan and Justice SA Bobde while hearing the petition seeking an independent inquiry by the CBI into the custodial death of Yousuf Haji, today said that it wanted to implead the son of the deceased victim.
The court told Prof Bhim Singh, Advocate appearing for the petitioner, "if any of the relations of the deceased are available to be impleaded in the petition."

SRINAGAR, Nov 30: Two days after National Conference (NC) President, Dr. Farooq Abdullah stated that the party would contest all the three Parliamentary seats from Kashmir in 2014 Lok Sabha elections, NC Additional General Secretary, Dr. Mustafa Kamaal today ruled out any alliance with Congress for the next year's Parliamentary elections.
