EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sept 6: The Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) which always claims to champion the cause of Jammuites had to cut a sorry figure today when one of its MLAs not only attended a political function held by the ruling National Conference (NC) but also showered praises on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
What made the position embarrassing for the party was the fact that concerned MLA was not officially invited by the organizers of the function. The latter, however, managed to 'say & seek' something for his constituency from the cm freely, what he could not have otherwise, given the busy schedule of Omar.
Since Chief Minister Omar Abdullah had to inaugurate 19.... | |
