Apart from generating discussion among a handful of men and a woman, the note was also the cause of heated exchanges between them.

| | Widespread discontent, disappointment in Omar's raj | Mehbooba In Fight-To-Finish Mode - I | | Rustam
JAMMU, Oct 19: PDP president and Leader of Opposition in the Asembly Mehbooba Mufti is in a fight-to-finish Mode. Her immediate targets are the already beleaguered Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and the NC whose popularity graph is falling with each passing day. She has unleashed a no-holds-barred campaign to expose the Chief Minister, his government and the NC's double-speak. Her one-point agenda is to lower the position of the Chief Minister and his father Farooq Abdullah in the eyes of the people of Kashmir, who are already, it appears, quite unhappy with the system of government handed down to them by Omar Abdullah and expand her party's support-base in Kashmir Valley and the Musl...

| | Would NC lick its autonomy wounds if Geelani is offered unconditional dialogue? | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Oct 19: With media reports suggesting that the centre is mulling the idea of inviting Kashmiri separatist leaders to an unconditional dialogue, another storm is brewing for the NC-Congress coalition government in the State.
If the media reports turn out to be true, the credibility of the ruling NC would take a serious beating yet again. The NC's autonomy resolution was simply trashed by the centre even though the NC had the same passed by the State Legislature. Now there is talk of an offer of unconditional dialogue to the separatists. What legal right would a party hold to remain in power when its legally passed document was trashed and those challenging the ...
