The younger brother (Sagar) immediately called the Union Home Minister (elder brother) and told him how CRPF personnel had been behaving in Kashmir for the past one week. Contrary to precedents, the elder brother (Home Minister) did not come out to defend his younger brother this time. The elder brother, it seems has the Maoists on his mind for the time being.
