ANANTNAG, Aug 24: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who also happens to be the Minister of Information, was subjected to a brazen insult by the Department of Information as his public address system failed in the thick of a public meeting at Adar, near the PDP patriarch Mufti Mohammad Sayeed's hometown of Bijbehara today.

According to sources, Justice Gandhi, a retired judge of High Court will arrive at Kishtwar in the afternoon and will immediately assume his office at Kishtwar.
