Cong challenges claim, says NC playing foul Early Times Report Jammu, Spet 9: In a fresh twist to the unsavoury developments between the coalition allies and in sharp contradiction to what NC Patron Dr Farooq Abdullah tried to project about his party NC's disinclination to form Kargil Hill Development Council , the NC today staked claim to form the House in front of Deputy Commissioner Kargil contending the support of 16 members. Congress, however, has out rightly rejected this and challenged the claim terming NC is bent to play foul in setting up the Autonomous Hill Council.
