Opposition PDP, BJP and Panthers Party have convened their Legislative Party meetings in Srinagar tomorrow in which they will discuss the strategy to corner the coalition. Early Times Report Srinagar Sept 28: The cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has decided to open three new treasuries in the state one each at Dachhan in Kishtwar, Mandi in Poonch and Paisuru in Kargil district. The cabinet decided that those empty trucks shall be exempted from payment of basic toll at Lakhanpur arriving to Kashmir valley for a period of three months from October 1 to ending December, 2010. Early Times Report Katra, Sept 28: Two Vaishnodevi pilgrims died of cardiac arrest en route the holy cave shrine of the goddess here this morning. Tej Pratap (50), son of Ram Roop, suffered a heart attack at Himkoti close to the bhavan at about 9.15 am, police sources said. He was admitted to the Himkoti dispensary where doctors pronounced him brought dead. He hailed from Rajiv Colony in Faridabad, the sources added.Adi Narayan (60), son of Muni Ram of Banglore, suffered the heart attack at Ban Ganga and died instantly.
