| | | | When is the best time for dialogue with Pakistan or separatists? | | | | ET Report
JAMMU, Nov 15: Kashmiri separatist leader, Mirwaiz Omar Farooq has again indicated readiness to a dialogue engagement with the Centre provided the same is held on the lines of Vajpayee-separatists dialogue during the NDA rule.
What Atal Bihari Vajpayee said during his tenure as the Prime Minister of India is that dialogue can be held with anybody within the contours of 'Insaniyat' (Humanity). Nobody can dispute that democracies as nation states have chosen to become in the modern times, cannot say no to a dialogue even if the same is to be held with the nation's sworn enemies. Wars and belligerence are no alternative to peace and dialogue.
Any way forward in India-Pakistan rela... | |
