SRINAGAR, Nov 7: Hinting towards a change in the mandate of Congress candidates for the next year's Assembly elections in the state, All India Congress Committee (AICC) Vice-President, Rahul Gandhi today pulled up the Congress Ministers for their disconnect with party workers at the ground level.
Addressing the Congress Ministers, leaders and delegates at Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) headquarters here, Rahul said that he has received complaints against the Congress Ministers that they are seldom in contact with the party workers. He said this does not augur well since party workers form the back-bone of the party.
