Kunal Shrivatsa
JAMMU, Aug 23: Even as major escalation has erupted on Indo-Pak International Border with Pakistani troops indulging in heavy and unprovoked firing, the state unit of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) it seems has changed its tone and tenor over the cease fire violations which it used to oppose vociferously on roads when it had not tasted the fruits of power at Centre.
While the heavy shelling by Pakistan Rangers is continuously going on for the last few days which resulted in loss of some human lives as well as grievous injuries to several others, however, the BJP with its 'trademark' protests over the Pakistan aggression is not visible on the streets of Jammu city.

And to be precise Pakistani troops violated ceasefire agreement on 16 occasions during the last 21 days of August.
Before dilating on the reasons behind these repeated ceasefire violations agencies across the border need to be told of a joke. Once a group of street urchins were busy in hitting frogs in a pond with pebbles. And one among... | |
