JAMMU, Nov 15: The Delhi police special cell, an elite anti-terror wing, made an extremely important arrest Sunday night when Abdullah Inquilabi -- a Pak national and Hizbul Mujahideen's commander for Jammu division -- landed in their dragnet after a brief shoot-out.
Wanted in the killings of innocent civilians and police personnel in Rajouri, Reasi and Shopian districts here, he was evading arrest for the past one decade.The Delhi police were trying to find out if he had come to the union capital in search for a hideout, or had some other hidden motives.He had developed a vast network of contacts in Rajouri, Shopian (Kashmir) and New Delhi during his long stay in India, police sources said.
