Jammu, Sept 3: State unit of Congress which often cries foul for wrong things in the system, is in itself in the center of such aberrations, in this case at the level of the party and its Ministers too. The party has taken on board some people in various capacities in the organization who are serving in different Government departments as employees of the Government, something which goes against the spirit of the politics as also amounts to gross violation of service rules laid down for Government employees.
Sources said there are number of employees who are directly associated with the Congress and working against the posts and organizational duties thereof by the party. These employees are brazenly attending the organizational chores regularly and registering their presence more at the PCC headquarters as also with some Ministers while working as 'political help' for some of them , rather than attending their official duties for which they get their salaries from the Government exchequer, sources said. JAMMU, Sept 3: Five years after she was allegedly gang raped, a woman is awaiting justice posthumously while his accused move scot free, thanks to some senior officers of the state police.
As per documents available with the Early Times, the woman was gang raped by three persons namely Mohd Yousuf alias Shama son of Fakkar Din of Narwal Bala, his cousin brother Aslam Choudhary and Liaqat Ali son of Munshi Ram of Narwal Bala on 29.4.2008.
