Jammu, Jan 8: Jammu and Kashmir has earned yet another dubious distinction by straying far behind in computerization of its employment exchanges under national e-governance plan- an initiative that would have helped the youth of the state in a great deal.
With West Bengal having most Employment Exchanges computerized under the ambitious initiative of Union Government, even Bihar is ahead of Jammu and Kashmir in execution of the scheme as the state is yet to take a call on computerization of its employment exchanges.
