It was in the month of July this year that Omar Abdullah led cabinet in the administrative reshuffle effected on 13 of that month among other officers ordered transfer of Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Secretary Legislative Council to the post of Secretary Law Department , which is in itself a very important post. The formal order was however appended with a line that Mir shall hold the charge of additional capacity till further orders. 11/12/2013 11:49:40 PM
Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 12: The reported decision by State Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to contest the Lok Sabha elections from Srinagar-Budgam constituency in 2014 is likely to act as a dampener on NC's power prospects in Jammu and Kashmir.
