JAMMU, Nov 16: November 15 will always be remembered as a great day for India. It was a day of thanks giving. It was a day for the Indians to rejoice and celebrate a spectacular diplomatic victory. It was a day for the Indians to celebrate not just the diplomatic victory of India over Pakistan, but also a day for the Indians to eulogize the Delhi High Court. It was a day for India when the Delhi High asked the Delhi Government why action should be not taken against those involved in seditious and anti-national activities.
The bleeding and under-attack-India witnessed four major, major developments at the international and national level. One, the United Nation, which hitherto used to create difficulties for India by virtually siding with Pakistan over the Kashmir issue, dramatically excluded Jammu and Kashmir from its list of unresolved disputes. JAMMU, Nov 16: For the past few days, the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah is trying to reach the people to overcome what New Delhi called `trust deficit' and ‘governance deficit.’ The department of information which issued a paid advertisement yesterday and claimed that more than 4000 people met the Chief Minister at his private office at Srinagar.
Yesterday, Chief Minister held a similar darbaar at Kupwara. A press release from the Information department claimed he met (CM) three thousand people.

JAMMU, Nov 16:Nearly 18 hectares of agricultural land in the border Sarthi Kalan village of Samba was today demined by army and handed over to farmers.
The land was occupied and mined by army in 1999 after the armies of India and Pakistan had moved close to the border due to the escalation of tension between the two countries.
Nearly 18 hectares of the demined land was today handed over by army to farmers, official sources said.
