NEHA EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 16: November 15 will always be remembered as a great day for India. It was a day of thanks giving. It was a day for the Indians to rejoice and celebrate a spectacular diplomatic victory. It was a day for the Indians to celebrate not just the diplomatic victory of India over Pakistan, but also a day for the Indians to eulogize the Delhi High Court. It was a day for India when the Delhi High asked the Delhi Government why action should be not taken against those involved in seditious and anti-national activities. The bleeding and under-attack-India witnessed four major, major developments at the international and national level. One, the United Nation, which hitherto used to create difficulties for India by virtually siding with Pakistan over the Kashmir issue, dramatically excluded Jammu and Kashmir from its list of unresolved disputes. It talked about the unresolved issues in the Middle East, Cyprus and Western Sahara, which are under the observation of the UN Security Council. It also talked about the engagement of the UN Security Council in Ne...

11/16/2010 11:35:49 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Nov 16: The State Government is again befooling the people to take power to grass root level by strengthening the Panchyati Raj system in J&K. No body believes that the coalition Government will be sincere in this regard as ever since the National Conference came to power in J&K, it never showed any positive interest in making Panchyati Raj a reality.
